The Hollywood Reporter (among various other sources) announce that Will Chase (Michael Swift), Brian D’Arcy James (Frank Houston), Jaime Cepero (Ellis), and Raza Jaffrey (Dev Sundaram) will not be returning for the NBC musical drama’s second season under new Show Runner Josh Safran.

Totally understand if they cut Ellis, mixed feelings about Dev but Michael and Frank? DO NOT tell me that the cliffhanger about Julia probably being pregnant was  just a case of eating too much peanut butter and bananas in bed thus her reason for throwing up.

I don’t really care much about these 2 characters but it doesn’t make sense…what? Frank’s going to end up divorcing Julia and leaving the show? Great, Emo Leo’s prob gonna blame it all on Julia all over again.

With Dev going that means we defo won’t see RJ anymore, there wldn’t be any fighting for Karen then Derek gets her just like that? Nooo…even if I want that to happen I think it’s just too unrealistic if it’s so simple like that. So, I reckon will the new character Danny make it difficult for Derek then? (What’s with all the Ds)

Or prob since Ivy most likely ODs from the pills, Derek regrets everything and starts paying attention to her, only to realize he slowly loses Karen as his muse.
